# License — Face Local SDK

## Permitted use

You may use, copy, modify and integrate the Face Local SDK into applications
and solutions under your own brand (white-label), and distribute the SDK
within those integrations. You do not need to display the Face Local brand
in the integrating application's interface.

## Resale prohibited

Selling or reselling the SDK as a product is not permitted, whether in its
original form, modified, repackaged or presented under another brand.

This restriction concerns resale of the SDK. It does not prevent the sale
of your own application or service that uses the SDK as part of its functionality.

## Preservation of notices

When redistributing the SDK or parts of its code, preserve this file, the
copyright notice and applicable legal notices. Brand customization does not
remove these conditions. Notices may accompany the distributed files without
requiring the Face Local brand to be displayed in the application's interface.

Components accompanied by their own notices and licenses retain those terms.

## Warranties

The software is provided as is, without express or implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and rights holders
are not liable for damages arising from its use. This clause does not
exclude rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.

## Covered versions

This license applies to versions of the Face Local SDK distributed with this
file. It does not change permissions for copies of earlier versions already
made available under another license.
